Who is buying?: AI labs and the research teams that train and evaluate models. Bastro brings you the offer: we qualify your company, prepare the inventory with you and stay on the thread until you sign — and we never take a copy of your data.
What do I share when I apply?: Descriptions and counts: which systems you run, roughly how many clients, contracts, projects or loans they hold, and how many years of history. No records, no files, no customer data.
Who sees my application?: Bastro staff review it first. With the consent you give on the form, the inventory summary — company profile, systems, approximate counts and your contact details — goes to our buying partner for pricing. Nothing goes further without your written agreement with the buyer.
Do I need to be authorized?: Yes. The form asks you to confirm you are authorized to discuss licensing your company's data, and that confirmation is recorded with your application. If that isn't you, bring in the owner or an officer before applying.
What about our customers' personal information?: No customer records leave your company during qualification or pricing. Whether and how personal information inside your systems is anonymized or excluded is settled in the agreement you sign with the buyer — reviewed by your counsel — before anything is transferred.
Can I withdraw?: Any time before signing. Reply to your confirmation email or write to privacy@bastro.ai from the address on your application; we stop sharing it from that point.
