Bastro is compliance-first data infrastructure for outbound teams — call centers, lead-gen agencies, brokers, collections desks. Every list that passes through the platform is checked against litigator, DNC, and reassignment data, and every verdict is stored with the job that produced it.
We built Bastro because outbound compliance is usually sold as either fear or paperwork. It is neither. It is a data problem with a measurable answer: which numbers on this list carry risk, which do not, and what evidence supports each call you place.
A scrub without a record is an opinion. Every Bastro job returns a clean file, a flagged file, and the per-number verdicts behind both — retained in job history as the audit record. The scrub you cannot document is, for defense purposes, a scrub that never happened.
The Do-Not-Call safe harbor at 47 CFR § 64.1200 is real, and we cite it. The FCC’s Reassigned Numbers Database carries a query safe harbor, and we name it. Litigator scrubbing has no statutory safe harbor, so we sell it as measurable risk reduction — never immunity. A claim that cannot be cited does not ship.
Our terms are set in headline type, not footnotes. Leads are all sales final, and priced beneath prevailing retail because of it. We host no third-party reference data; verdicts live only with the job that produced them. Plain terms are a feature of the product, not a liability to bury.
The zero is architectural: Bastro calls scrub vendors server-side per job and hosts no third-party reference data. Verdicts stay with your job, as your record. Bastro provides data services, not legal advice.
