Bastro launches compliance scrubbing platform for outbound teams
Bastro today launched its data-hygiene platform at bastro.ai. The platform checks outbound calling lists against TCPA litigator, federal and state Do-Not-Call, and reassigned-number data in a single pass. Every job returns three artifacts — a clean file, a flagged file, and the per-number verdicts behind both — retained in job history as the audit record.
The platform's compliance claims are deliberately narrow. The Do-Not-Call safe harbor at 47 CFR § 64.1200 requires, among other conditions, registry data obtained no more than 31 days before a call — Bastro's job records document exactly when each list was scrubbed. Reassigned-number checks are built around the FCC's Reassigned Numbers Database and its query safe harbor. Litigator scrubbing carries no statutory safe harbor, and Bastro sells it as measurable risk reduction, not immunity.
Pricing is credit-based and self-serve. Every scrub scope is priced at a flat $0.01 per row. Alongside the scrub suite, Bastro operates a mortgage-leads marketplace with consent provenance recorded on every opt-in row — data leads at a flat $0.15 per lead, ordered by type, state, and quantity, all sales final as stated policy.
