Upload names and addresses; our data partner matches each person and sends back phone numbers and emails. You pay only for rows that come back with a phone. Output is licensed for fraud prevention — nothing else.
When you submit, credits for every row are held — not charged. The file goes to our data partner as one batch and comes back usually within a few hours, one result per input row in your order. On delivery the hold settles: rows that came back with a phone are charged at the per-match price, and the rest goes straight back to your wallet.
If nothing comes back within 72 hours, the whole hold is released automatically and the run is marked stopped. You can leave the page at any point — the file appears in your run history the moment it lands, with your original upload archived beside it.
Column order is fixed, so a file you parsed once parses every time. The restriction rides in the last column of every row — the file cannot be separated from its licence.
A matched row is one that came back with at least one phone number. A person our data partner recognizes but has no phone on file for costs nothing; so does a person it cannot find. Emails ride along at no charge. Duplicate people in one file are held and billed per input row, so dedupe first if you want to.
Free at launch — the hold is 0 credits, and the ledger records the run either way. Full rate card on the pricing page.
Phone numbers and emails returned by Phone enrichment are provided for fraud prevention purposes only. They may not be used for marketing, telemarketing, lead generation, debt collection, or any purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
No outreach, campaigns or audience building of any kind.
No calls or texts to the numbers — dialed or automated.
Not for building, selling or enriching prospect lists.
Not for locating or contacting a debtor.
No credit, insurance, employment, housing or other eligibility decision.
Output stays inside your organization and is never combined for another use.
You acknowledge this notice on every run, and the acknowledgement is recorded with the run and written into every delivered row.
The notice describes the licence under which the data is delivered; it is not legal advice. Whether a given use is fraud prevention under the laws that apply to you is a question for your own counsel. Bastro provides data services, not legal advice.
Not a dial list. Phone enrichment will not feed a campaign, a collections queue, or an eligibility decision, and a run that tries is a run we stop. We also do not name our data partner, publish a match rate we have not measured on your file, or deliver a phone without the restriction attached to it. What you get is a file you can parse once and trust every time, with the licence on every row.
